Correttivo S.L doesn’t affect the flavour of the meat; on the contrary it provides:
- enhancement of aromas
- colour long maintenance, thanks to its swabbing properties.
It has been demonstrated, within industrial testings, that Correttivo S.L provides meat protein swelling and compact structure at cutting slices.
