ADEVIGOR line for cured sausages
The ADEVIGOR line consists of semi-finished powdered products that ensure the desired color, mustiness and flavoring in cured sausages. The main components include:
- Sugars: maltodextrins, dextrose, sucrose, etc.
- Antioxidants: ascorbic acid and others.
- Natural dyes: such as paprika and beet.
- pH correctors
- Sodium and potassium nitrites.
Each product in the line can be customized according to customer needs to meet specific processing issues. Blends are mixed with water and salt following technical directions or as needed.
ADEVIGOR, RODOGEN and ADEMIX lines for fresh sausages.
For fresh sausages such as sausages, salamelle and cotechini, ADEG offers the ADEVIGOR, RODOGEN and ADEMIX lines. These blends ensure color, aroma and durability for each mixture, and contain:
- Sugars: maltodextrins, dextrose, sucrose, etc.
- Antioxidants: ascorbic acid.
- Natural dyes: such as paprika, cochineal, and beet.
- pH correctors.
Each line offers "standard" products with different compositions to meet specific production needs. Similarly to cured sausages, these blends must be mixed with water and salt in the percentages indicated on the data sheets or customized according to customer requirements.
