ADEG produces custom blends consisting of two or more additives and ingredients listed below:

SUGARS: dextrose, sucrose, lactose, maltodextrin.

SALT: sodium chloride, sodium nitrite.

ANTIOXIDANTS: ascorbic acid, ascorbate.

NATURAL DYES: any of the dyes listed in section FOOD COLORING

NATURAL AROMAS.: any of the flavorings listed in the section AROMATIZERS

pH CORRECTORS: acetates and diacetates (see the section pH CORRECTORS and ACIDifiers.)
